REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

City of Prairie View 

The City of Prairie View plans to apply for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program and the Rural Economic Development Program – Downtown Revitalization Program from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and is soliciting proposals to provide engineering/architectural/surveying services for the 2021/2022 Community Development Fund contract and the 2021 Downtown Revitalization Program, if awarded. A separate proposal and statement of qualifications will be required for each of the two programs. Please submit three copies of your proposal(s) and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the address below: Attn: Dr. Simeon Queen, City of Prairie View, PO Box 817, Prairie View, TX 77446. The City of Prairie View reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s).
