REQUEST FOR BIDS CITY OF PRAIRIE VIEW

NOTICE TO INTERESTED PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES:

The City of Prairie View, Texas (the “City”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified firms interested in supplying construction services in connection with the construction of the Villa Capri Subdivision Wastewater Pump Station and Villa Capri Subdivision Waterline Replacement.

Sealed responses addressed to the City of Prairie View must be received BEFORE MONDAY, December 5, 2022, 3:00 PM, CDT, at City Hall, 44500 Business Highway 290 Prairie View, TX 77446 or responses can be submitted electronically via CIVCAST under the City of Prairie View. All Responses must be in the CoPV’s possession and stamped received on or before the scheduled date and time (no late responses will be considered). Responses submitted to the City of Prairie View must be received before the due date and time. The City of Prairie View is not open for weekend or holiday deliveries.

The response documents can be obtained either by contacting City Hall, 44500 Business Highway 290, Prairie View, TX 77446, by calling the City Secretary Office at (936) 857-3711 and by contacting Trilogy Engineering Services, 650 N. Sam Houston Parkway E, Suite 300, Houston, TX, 77060. The complete set of bid documents is available on the City of Prairie View Website and through CIVCAST at www.civcastusa.com/bids. You must register with CIVCAST to see all of the information regarding the bid.

The City of Prairie View  reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the City of Prairie View, and may hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action.
