Pre-Bid Meeting Date: November 9, 2022, 03:00 PM (Wednesday)
Pre-Bid Meeting Location: 44500 Business Highway 290, Prairie View, TX (City Hall)

The City of Prairie View will conduct a pre-bid conference for the project indicated above. This meeting is to allow all prospective bidders to ask questions and request clarifications prior to the submission of bid proposals.
ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING IS NOT MANDATORY FOR SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL.
City staff and the City Engineer will be available to answer questions concerning this project. There will be a field site visit to observe the site and the current conditions and ask questions about the construction of the project.
Note: Responses to questions or comments made by the City or their representatives during the pre-bid conference and site visit will be issued by an addendum to this bid solicitation on both the City website and the CIVCAST site. Any verbal remarks not covered in the official addendum are not binding on the City.
